Who We Are
Founded in 2006 during Liberia’s post-war recovery period, the Agency for Economic Development & Empowerment (ÆDE) was established to promote grassroots economic empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and community development.
Over the years, ÆDE has evolved into a trusted development and consulting organization that works with communities, government institutions, development partners, cooperatives, and private-sector actors to design and implement practical solutions that foster inclusive growth and sustainable development.
Today, ÆDE combines its strong community roots with technical expertise in capacity building, enterprise development, research, institutional strengthening, project management, and strategic advisory services, helping clients and partners achieve meaningful and lasting impact
