Privacy & Cookie Policy
How this website uses cookies and looks after your information.
This policy explains what information the ÆDE website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It was last updated in October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by the Agency for Economic Development & Empowerment (ÆDE), 17th Street, Behind Stop & Shop, btw Tubman Blvd. & Russell Avenue, Monrovia, Montserrado. You can reach us at [email protected] or on +(231)-886-558468.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. If you use a contact or application form, we receive the details you type (such as your name, email address, phone number and message).
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. Messages sent through our forms also carry your IP address in the email we receive, and a short-lived record of it is kept to stop abuse.
- Your cookie choice. We store your consent preference in your browser so that we do not ask you again on every page.

How we use your information
We use messages and applications only to reply to you, to consider your application, and to run our programs and partnerships. We do not sell your information. We share it only with people who need it to respond to you, or when the law requires it.
Legal basis and retention
We rely on your consent (for optional cookies and third-party content) and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them, and application details for as long as a role or future opening may be relevant, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and uses security headers. Messages sent from our forms are checked for abuse before they reach our inbox. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the forms.
